About the firm

A network of senior advisors.

Cotswold Capital is a federation of independent practitioners — each with two decades or more of execution experience — operating under a unified institutional name. We do not list every advisor by name. We list every transaction we have led.

The structure

Why a network outperforms a single principal.

A boutique that lives or dies by one rainmaker can only have one perspective at a time. A network of seniors holds parallel mandates without the bench depth becoming a liability — and without the bulge-bracket overhead becoming the client's problem.

Each advisor underwrites their own engagements. Cotswold Capital underwrites the standard of care across them.

How we work

Three operating principles. Held in writing.

01 Senior Every meeting is taken by a partner. There is no junior bench finishing your second draft.
02 Bilateral Opportunities and counterparties are introduced one-to-one, never broadcast. Discretion is held as a deliverable.
03 Aligned We earn through outcome-tied success fees and retained advisory. We do not take placement commissions that bias the introductions.
